I am a Yorkshire lass at heart but currently i spend much of my time between Yorkshire, Powys in Wales and the Lune Valley on the boarder of the Dales National Park
Although i have always loved painting and studied art at A Level, it was not until more recently that i have given it any real focus,
I have thoroughly loved experimenting with many mediums - oil, cold wax, acrylic, pastels and encaustic.
Like many others, my ambition is to capture light wherever possible. Landscapes are my main subject, although i have also done seascapes, still life, abstract works and images in flow art, which i undertake for a local design company.
I work in various sizes from small to large 48" x 48" and although i am represented in a number of galleries in the North of England i am delighted to find further representation in the area's in which i spend most of my time.
